  1. Make a promise to yourself to not eat high calorie, non-nutritional foods. These include candies and cookies as well as chips and other snacks. Instead fill the refrigerator with healthy snacks such as low calorie fruits and vegetables.
  2. Drink plenty of fluids. The ideal choice is water since it is calorie free. Most beverages are a hidden source of sugar and fat.   3. Get plenty of exercise. In conjunction with a diet pill, exercise is a great stress buster that will melt away the fat.
  4. Get plenty of rest- sleep deprivation and reaction time go hand in hand. While it may seem like there are not enough hours in the day, burning the candle at both ends will have an effect on your waistline. Research shows that people who are deprived of sleep crave high carbohydrate and sugary foods which can add on the pounds. Getting enough rest will help the body to control the appetite and eat proper foods.
